- Use products. If you speak to your doctor he/she will be able to advice suitable products to use – some of these may not be available over the counter. Dont loose hope – this medication can take some time to kick into action – normaly a couple of weeks
- Be careful when using cosmetics. – Try to find oil free products, adding oil to an oily face will make things worse
- Vitamins – try taking vitamins, particularly Vitamin E – which is wonderful for a healthy skin. It is normally found in fresh fruit and veg, but also available in pill form
- Life Style – try to exercise and eat a balanced health diet. Aim for low fat fresh foods
- WATER! - The body’s life force, drink as much as you can! It helps flush toxins from the body
